  The 200HRT console features both contact and telemetric heart rate monitoring. It includes five preset programs, four Heart Rate Training programs and four Custom programs for unlimited programming options.

• ECB-PLUS� Magnetic Resistance System
  This system uses a series of seven magnets on a motor controlled bracket that pivots around a heavy 24 pound flywheel to provide smooth, friction free resistance. We are so confident in its performance that we offer a lifetime warranty on this resistance system.
• QUIET GLIDE� Super Silent Poly-V Belt Drive
  We replaced the common bicycle chain with a multi-ribbed, super-silent poly-v belt to create the quietest bike in the fitness industry. The QUIET GLIDE� belt is even larger then our traditional belt which requires less tension and results in less wear and tear to the drive system.
• COMFORT ARC� Seats
