Trimline uses industrial-strength motors that are the size and quality normally found in higher-priced health club treadmills. The motors are designed to run smoother, quieter and with less vibration than any motor in its class. Trimline stands behind our strong motors with one of the best motor warranties in the industry. The 7800, 7600SS, and 7200SS come with a 30 year motor warranty. The 7150, 7050, 7010HR, 7000, 1620, and 1050 come with a 10 year motor warranty.
Random testing with �The Stomper� measures Trimline�s overall durability. A set of mechanical feet, repeatedly applies 300 pounds of pressure to the running surface for over 1,500 hours. That�s approximately 7,500 miles�the average distance amassed in 7�10 years of home use. And throughout, Trimline endures.
All Trimline machines are made in the USA, except for the 1050 which is made in Taiwan.

Industrial Strength Motor
Every Trimline treadmill houses an industrial strength motor. Our motors undergo rigorous testing to ensure that each one will run smoothly and quietly with minimal vibration. Our tests apply varying speeds and grades to the motors. Trimline stands behind the motors in our machines by offering a 30 year or 10 year motor warranty on every treadmill (depending on the model).
Minimum Impact Running Surface
Every Trimline treadmill has deck cushioning for user comfort. EBC Softrack (model 1620) is a three layer system composed of a 1/8" tempered hardboard that is coated with abrasive resistant, electron-beam cured paint. Below the hardboard is a ribbed, shock-absorbing rubber mat. The 1" thick base completes the three peice deck. Softrak II is a soft, more compliant feel without compromising stability. This dual stage system provides maximum benefits and support for the most demanding workouts. Softrak II features a phenolic deck board along with elastomer shock absorbers that are strategically positioned under the treadmill deck, allowing for maximum impact absorption where the foot lands. Softrak II Plus, found on models 7200SS, 7600SS, and 7800, has the same great features as Softrak II, but comes with a reversible phenolic deck surface, for added value and durability.
Fast and Compact Storage
Trimline�s space-saving fold-ups feature soft-drop hydraulics that lower the unit slowly and smoothly. In the folded position these models utilize only 1/3 the floor space of their stationary counterparts. Carefully tilt and push the unit on its wheels for transport to a nearby storage area.
