Including a patent pending Cable arm station and leg press, the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym is a double weight stack version of the Xpress Home Gym. Designed for couples who want to workout simultaneously in the comfort of their own home, the dual weight stack design enables you and your workout partner to use different weight stations at the same time.
With a total weight resistance of 400 pounds, each weight stack offers up to 200 pounds of resistance in 10 pound increments. Including 8 stations and a possibility of 40 different exercises, the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym allows you to build and tone muscle in any major muscle group on your body. Designed with double stitched vinyl upholstery, and 2 inches of contoured high density foam, the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym provides a comfortable workout environment that supports the parts of your body that need it most. For increased functionality you have the option to purchase a VKR attachment for dips or a Multi-Hip attachment to perform specific hip shaping exercises. The 400 pound weight stack is included with the purchase of the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym.

Multipurpose Cable Station - The patent-pending adjustable cable arms are exclusive to the Xpress line of Home Gyms and provides an incredible amount of variety and flexibility in a compact design. Connected to one of the weight stacks, the Cable Station allows for multiple configurations, and can simulate a complete set dumbbell exercises or serve as a sport-specific resistance training station to strengthen muscles used in a particular arm swing motion involved in golf, baseball, tennis or hockey. The Cable Station can also be used for rehabilitation as it allows for an almost limitless range of motion.
Leg Press - Since space conservation is not a concern with the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym, as it was with the Xpress Home Gym, the leg press has been incorporated into the design of the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym. Offering you the ability to increase muscle tone and strength in your lower body, the leg press stabilizes and isolates the major muscle groups in your legs without adding stress to your back and shoulder muscles.
Weight Stack Enclosure - For added safety and security, weight stack enclosures have been incorporated into the design of the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym. Position to surround the weight stack throughout the entire range of motion, the enclosure prevents you from pinching your fingers between weights. Constructed of perforated steel, the enclosure dampens workout noise and adds to the aesthetic appearance of the Bodycraft Family XPress Home Gym.
