The 5lb pair of All Pro Ankle Weights are ideal for both rehab and general exercise and light resistance training. Each ankle weight is fully adjustable to 2.5lbs. with 10 individual, 1/4 lb. weight bars. All Pro ankle weights feature a wide, secure velcro closure, internal padding and achilles cut-out for comfort and fit. Great for home or clinic.
